MKPBR exclusively ships internationally from Brazil. We use only express courier services such as FedEx and DHL, ensuring fast and secure deliveries to over 200 countries.
However, all shipments are subject to customs clearance in the destination country, and this process may vary depending on local regulations.
As a result, delays may occur during customs clearance, which are beyond our control and responsibility.
We closely monitor all shipments and act proactively to facilitate customs procedures when needed, but MKPBR is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
In some cases, the customs authority in your country may request additional information about the recipient. Please stay alert to any communication from the shipping carrier or your local customs office.
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and charged at checkout so you know your total cost upfront.
If there are any additional charges after the shipment, MKPBR is responsible for covering them, unless previously agreed otherwise — such as in Personal Shopper orders, where the customer may choose to pay duties and taxes upon delivery.
