MKPBR Services Policy


1. Service Description
MKPBR offers two main Personal Shopper services for customers worldwide who wish to purchase products from Brazil:

a. Individual Personal Shopper**: This service is for individuals who want to buy physical and digital products from Brazilian online stores that do not sell or deliver internationally. Customers fill out a form on the specific page of the website. The MKPBR team analyzes the request and provides a detailed cost listing for the service, including service fees, international shipping costs, and customs fees.

b. Wholesale Personal Shopper**: This service is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses that want to import products from Brazil without a minimum purchase quantity. It is ideal for companies seeking exclusive products to differentiate themselves in their local markets or on marketplace platforms. MKPBR handles the entire process of purchasing, receiving, verifying, packaging, and international shipping.

2. Terms of Use
To hire the services, the contractor/buyer must fill out the form available on the service page. After receiving the form, the MKPBR team will analyze the request and provide a detailed quote.

3. Prices and Payments
The total cost of the order includes:
- Product cost
- Service fee (percentage varies according to the total value of the products)
- International shipping
- Taxes and fees of the destination country

Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank deposit (with a discount). Orders over $3,000 USD are accepted only by bank deposit.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- The contractor/buyer can request an exchange or return of products only before international shipping. Therefore, our team always sends photos and details of the items received in our warehouse.
- For products purchased from reliable stores such as Mercado Livre and Amazon Brazil, exchanges or returns are simple, and MKPBR handles everything.
- In the case of products from stores with restrictions on returns or exchanges, MKPBR is not responsible for third-party actions. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
- For returns, the refund will only be made after the store or supplier reimburses MKPBR. We will retain 8% of the total amount paid, with a minimum of $8 and a maximum of $90 USD, to cover administrative and financial costs.

  • Purchases with Payment in Advance via PIX**: In cases where the contractor/buyer requests products from sellers who require payment in advance by deposit (PIX), MKPBR will make the payment as requested by the contractor/buyer. However, any loss resulting from scams or fraud by the seller will be the sole responsibility of the contractor/buyer, who is aware and assumes this risk. MKPBR is not responsible for financial losses in such transactions.


5. Privacy and Security

6. Customer Support
Customer support is offered by email (mkpbr@mkpbr.com), chat on the platform, and WhatsApp.

7. Policy Changes
Any changes to this policy will be communicated through digital channels. We recommend reading this policy whenever you use our services.

8. Customs Responsibility and Insurance

  • Customs Responsibility**: MKPBR is not responsible for the return costs of international shipments refused by the customs of the destination country. The reshipment cost will be borne by the contractor/buyer, who assumes the customs risks. Additionally, the contractor/buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with the customs rules and regulations of their country regarding the importation of products requested from MKPBR.

 

  • Insurance**: International shipments are not covered by insurance. In case of loss, MKPBR will seek reimbursement from the logistics company and pass the amount on to the contractor/buyer, which may take up to 6 months after the investigation is opened.


9. Prohibited Products
We do not transport products prohibited by courier companies, such as weapons, drugs, etc. The complete list of prohibited products is available according to the legislation and policies of the logistics companies.
