MKPBR offers two main Personal Shopper services for customers worldwide who wish to purchase products from Brazil:
1.1 Individual Personal Shopper This service is intended for individuals who want to buy physical and digital products from Brazilian online stores that do not sell or deliver internationally. Customers fill out a form on the specific page of the website. The MKPBR team analyzes the request and provides a detailed cost breakdown for the service, including the product cost, service fee, international shipping costs, and an estimate of customs fees.
1.2 Wholesale Personal Shopper This service is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses that want to import products from Brazil with no minimum purchase requirement. It is ideal for companies seeking exclusive products to differentiate themselves in their local markets or on marketplace platforms. MKPBR manages the entire process of purchasing, receiving, verifying, packaging, and international shipping.
- Terms of Use
To contract the services, the customer/buyer must complete the form available on the service page. After receiving the form, the MKPBR team will analyze the request and provide a detailed listing and quote, developed exclusively based on the buyer's instructions.
The listing will include product descriptions, characteristics, price, and sales conditions. The buyer must review all information and confirm agreement before proceeding with payment. Once payment is made, MKPBR will initiate the purchasing process according to the buyer's specifications.
- Prices and Payments
The total cost of the order includes:
- Product cost
- Service fee (percentage varies according to the total value of the products)
- International shipping
- Taxes and fees of the destination country
- Fixed and variable financial costs
Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank deposit (with a discount). Orders over $3,000 USD are accepted only via bank deposit.
- Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy
4.1 Product Approval Before Shipping Before international shipping, MKPBR will receive the products in its warehouse, verify the items, and send detailed photos (and videos upon request) for the buyer's approval. The buyer must carefully review the images and may request additional photos or videos if necessary. After approval, the packaging and documentation for international shipping will be prepared.
4.2 Return and Refund Before International Shipping If the buyer wishes to return a product for any reason after receiving the photos, including poor quality, wrong item, defect, dissatisfaction, or any other reason, the refund will only be processed after the supplier refunds MKPBR. Regardless of the reason, an administrative and financial fee of 8% of the total amount paid will be retained, with a minimum of $8 USD and a maximum of $90 USD.
4.3 Return and Refund After International Shipping Once the product has been shipped internationally, returns and refunds will not be accepted. If the buyer wishes to exchange the product after receiving it in their country, MKPBR can assist upon payment of an additional fee of $35 USD. This support is subject to the supplier's acceptance of the exchange and compliance with their specified period.
The buyer will be responsible for returning the product to Brazil within 3 business days, covering all shipping and applicable customs costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with the manufacturer's seal intact, accompanied by the invoice, original tags, manual, and accessories. Before proceeding with the return, all parties (buyer, MKPBR, and supplier) must be aware of and agree to the conditions.
The refund will only be processed after MKPBR receives the amount from the supplier, and the same administrative and financial fee (8% of the total amount paid, minimum $8 USD, maximum $90 USD) will be applied, regardless of the reason.
4.4 Purchases with Advance Payment via PIX If the buyer requests products from sellers requiring advance payment via PIX (instant bank transfer), MKPBR will proceed as instructed. However, any financial loss resulting from fraud or bad faith by the seller will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who acknowledges and assumes this risk. MKPBR is not liable for losses in such situations.
- Buyer Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for selecting the supplier and the product in Brazil. MKPBR can assist in choosing the supplier and will take all necessary precautions to verify the seller's reliability.
Upon receiving the products, MKPBR will inspect and send photos and videos (if requested) for the buyer's review. MKPBR will strictly follow the buyer's instructions but is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or specifications of the products. The buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the chosen product and supplier meet their expectations. Once payment is made, any issues or discrepancies will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs Responsibility and Insurance
6.1 Customs Responsibility MKPBR is not responsible for the return costs of international shipments refused by customs authorities in the destination country. Any reshipment costs will be borne by the buyer, who assumes all risks related to customs procedures. The buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with their country's customs regulations regarding imported products.
6.2 Insurance International shipments are not insured. In case of loss, MKPBR will seek reimbursement from the carrier and transfer the amount to the buyer. This process may take up to 6 months after the investigation is initiated.
- Prohibited Products
MKPBR does not transport products prohibited by courier companies, such as weapons, drugs, and other restricted items. The complete list of prohibited products is available according to applicable legislation and the policies of the carriers.
