Return Requirements:
- The item must have been purchased and received within the last 7 days.
- It must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
- All accessories, manuals, parts, and components originally included must be returned.
- The item must be shipped from the same address to which it was delivered.
- Please note: The return shipping cost and any applicable Brazilian taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-Returnable Items: 
- All types of food.
- Orders processed through Personal Shopper Services.
- Underwear for men, women, and children.
