Your order must total at least 30 units, with a minimum of 15 units per product. You can't combine small quantities of many different products to reach 30 — no exceptions.

Before we confirm an order, you must tell us where the products will be resold and through which channels (store, salon, marketplace, distributor, etc.).

Certification & compliance is the buyer's responsibility
Ensuring product certification and regulatory compliance in the destination country is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Customs clearance is the buyer's responsibility
Importing, customs clearance and any related duties or taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

The minimum order is 30 units, with at least 15 units per product — no exceptions. You can't reach the 30-unit minimum by combining small quantities of many different products. For example: 30 units of one product, or 15 units each of two products.
What do you need from me before confirming a wholesale order?
Before we confirm, you must tell us where the products will be resold and through which channels — for example a physical store, beauty salon, online marketplace or distribution network. This helps us source correctly and keeps the process compliant.
Who is responsible for certification and regulatory compliance?
The buyer is. Ensuring that the products are certified and meet all regulatory requirements in the destination country is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We can provide the product information you need to evaluate this before ordering.
Who handles customs clearance and import duties?
Customs clearance, import procedures and any duties or taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We prepare and ship the order with the proper documentation; clearing it through customs on arrival is handled by the buyer.
What are the payment methods?
Wholesale orders are paid exclusively by advance bank deposit (bank transfer) — no exceptions. Once your quote is approved, you pay upfront and we begin sourcing your order.
How much does the service cost?
The service is a percentage fee based on the total value of the products — the higher the value, the lower the percentage. Your total is: product cost + service fee + international shipping. Everything is itemized in the quote you receive before you pay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After payment we buy your items (about 1–10 business days to reach our warehouse), send photos for your approval, then pack and ship within 2 business days. International delivery from Brazil typically takes 2–10 business days.
