The Personal Shopper service also handles international shipping, so the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout at the time of payment, but the quote you receive will already include the shipping cost.

You will also pay in advance for the customs costs of your country (fees, taxes, etc.) - if applicable. This will also be detailed in the quote you receive.

In summary, the total cost of your order will be: Product cost + Service fee + International shipping + Taxes and fees of your country.

You can exchange or return a product only before international shipping. That's why our team will always send photos and details of the items when we receive them in our warehouse.

When you request products from reliable online stores like Mercado Livre and Amazon Brazil, the exchange or return is simple, and we will take care of everything for you.

In the case of products purchased from stores or suppliers that impose any restrictions on returns or exchanges, MKPBR is not responsible for third-party actions. Our customer service team will do everything possible to resolve the situation in the best possible way. We usually check the reputation of the store or supplier when we receive your request. To date, we have never had any serious issues.

In the case of a return where you no longer want any products, we will refund your payment only when the payment made to the store or supplier is properly refunded to MKPBR. We will retain 8% of the total amount paid for your purchase, with a minimum of $8 and a maximum of $90 USD, to cover administrative and financial costs.
