🕒 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping notification by email once your order has been dispatched.

🌍 International Shipping

MKPBR ships internationally from Brazil using express courier services such as FedEx and DHL, to over 200 countries.

All shipments are subject to customs clearance in the destination country, which may vary with local regulations and may cause delays that are beyond our control. We monitor shipments and act proactively, but MKPBR is not responsible for delays caused by customs. Customs authorities may request additional information about the recipient; please respond to any communication from the carrier or your local customs office.

Title and risk of loss for your order pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

💸 Import Duties and Taxes

Applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so the price you pay is the final price — no additional payment of those duties and taxes is required to receive your order. MKPBR collects these solely for customs-clearance purposes and does not profit from them.

By purchasing, you are the importer of record. Beyond the import duties and taxes collected at checkout, you are responsible for confirming that the product may be lawfully imported and used in your country and for any other costs or obligations arising from the importation.

Personal Shopper orders: duties and taxes are normally also collected at checkout; specific arrangements may vary according to the terms negotiated for the order.

🛡️ Customs Clearance & Guaranteed Delivery

Orders that cannot clear customs are covered, as a courtesy, by the MKPBR Guaranteed Delivery Program.

🎁 Free Shipping

🗺️ Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary with the product purchased and the destination country, and the estimate for your location is shown at the end of checkout, before you confirm. Please note: times shown at checkout are projections only; as international shipments, delays may occur due to customs clearance in Brazil or in the destination country. These delays are not under MKPBR's responsibility and do not qualify for cancellation or refunds.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
