A refund does not apply when the order could not be delivered due to failed receipt or to your failure to complete an action required to release it. This occurs, for example, when:
- No one was available to receive the package at the time of delivery
- Our support team attempted to contact you without success
- You did not contact the carrier or MKPBR before the carrier's storage deadline
- Customs or the carrier required information or an action from you (such as identity or tax documents, or a customs response) and you did not provide it within the required time
