Our services after the purchase include:

• Receiving the products at our warehouse in Brazil;
• Verifying if the products match the offer description;
• Sending photos of the products for your confirmation before international shipping;
• Proper packaging for international transport;
• Preparing international shipping documentation with the invoice;
• Delivering the package to FedEx (delivery time after pickup: 5 to 15 business days);
• Sending you the tracking code (FedEx) for monitoring.
Buyer's responsibility: The international buyer is responsible for choosing the supplier and the product in Brazil. MKPBR makes the purchase according to the instructions provided but is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or specifications of the purchased products. The correct choice of product and supplier is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Order confirmation: Before MKPBR makes the purchase, it is essential that the buyer reviews all the information on the chosen item, including description, characteristics, price, and sales conditions. After confirmation, MKPBR will make the purchase from the indicated supplier.
Item Verification: Upon receipt of the product at MKPBR, we will send photos for the buyer to check if the item matches the order.
ATTENTION: It is essential that the buyer carefully checks the photos sent. Additional photos can be requested if needed. If, after reviewing the photos, the product does not match the order or sales offer, MKPBR will mediate an exchange or return with the supplier before international shipping.
Return and Refund: If, at this stage of photo review, the buyer wishes to return the item for any reason (such as poor quality, change of mind, wrong product, or other issues related to the product's condition) and request a refund, the refund will only be made after the store or supplier reimburses MKPBR. Additionally, an 8% fee of the total paid amount will be retained, with a minimum of $8 USD and a maximum of $90 USD (depending on the sale amount), to cover administrative and financial costs.
Approval and International Shipping: Once the buyer approves the photos, we will prepare the documentation and packaging for international shipping.
After International Shipping: Once the product has been shipped internationally, returns are no longer possible, as there is no time to return the item to the supplier.
In case of Exchange after receipt the Product: If, after receiving the products, the buyer wishes to exchange them, our Personal Shopper can assist for an additional $35 USD, provided the supplier accepts the exchange and it is within the time frame set by the supplier.
The buyer is responsible for returning the product to Brazil within 3 business days, including all return shipping costs and import taxes.
The product must be sent in its original packaging, with no signs of misuse, no violation of the manufacturer's seal, and accompanied by the original invoice or receipt, original label, manual, and all accessories.
