Return Conditions
1. Orders paid less than 30 days ago
2. Products must be in original packaging
3. No signs of use
4. With all parts, accessories, manuals and all components that are part of the products
5. The shipping address from which the order is to be returned should be the same as the one from which it was delivered
Products and orders that are not accepted for return:
* Food of all kinds
* Orders handled by Personal Shopper Services
* Men's, women's and children's underwear
When we receive the return, we will analyze if all the above conditions have been met, and then proceed with the refund
