What's Not Covered — Undeliverable Orders
A refund does not apply when the order could not be delivered due to failed receipt. This occurs when all of the following conditions apply:
- No one was available to receive the package at the time of delivery
- Our support team attempted to contact you without success
- You did not contact the carrier or MKPBR before the carrier's storage deadline
➡️ Important: In this case, the order may be discarded at the destination or returned to Brazil, and will not be eligible for a refund, as all delivery attempts were exhausted. This applies to both store and Personal Shopper orders.
