Buyer's responsibility:
The international buyer is responsible for choosing the supplier and the product in Brazil. MKPBR makes the purchase according to the instructions provided, but is not responsible for the quality, authenticity or specifications of the products purchased. The correct choice of product and supplier is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Order confirmation:
Before MKPBR makes a purchase, it is very important that the buyer reviews all the information on the item chosen, including description, characteristics, price and conditions of sale. After confirmation, MKPBR will make the purchase from the supplier indicated.
Item verification:
Upon receipt of the product at MKPBR, we will send photos for the buyer to check that the item is as ordered.
ATTENTION: It is essential that the buyer carefully checks the photos sent, as we do not accept returns of products after international shipment, as there is no time to return them to the seller.
If, on checking the photos, the product is not in accordance with the order or sales offer, MKPBR will be able to broker an exchange with the supplier prior to international shipment.
- FOR REFUND: the refund will only be made after the store or supplier reimburses MKPBR. We will retain 8% of the total amount paid, with a minimum of $8 and a maximum of $90 USD, to cover administrative and financial costs.
- If upon receiving your products, if you wish to make an EXCHANGE, our Personal Shopper can help you at a cost of $35 USD - if the Brazilian store accepts the exchange and you are within the time frame set by the Brazilian store.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping to Brazil, within 3 business days, including all shipping costs and taxes.
- The product must be sent in its original packaging, without signs of misuse, without violation of the original manufacturer's seal, accompanied by the invoice or receipt, original label, manual and all its accessories.
